This is the premise of the Song Jury section of crossoversoundwawaves.com:
"Have you ever turned up the volume on the radio because you liked a song? Have you ever turned the volume down on the radio because you disliked a song, or changed the station because you really disliked a song? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, you are qualified to be a Song Juror on this site. This qualification is based on the radical notion that people know whether or not they like a song when they hear one, even without coaching."
Is this sufficient criteria or are there other important elements to judging a song? What's you're opinion?
